Called Jay explained to him my situation, and he explained my options, could of taken a more expensive avenue, not fully understanding, he set me straight and recommended a few options that saved me a lot in legal fees. Called or emailed him he always got back to me same day of within the hr. Its good to find someone who follows up and does what he says he will do the same day.
