Following the completion of his law degree from the University of Jordan in 1988, spent two years as trainee from 1988 to 1990, then he was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 1990. Mr. Hadidi began his career in 1997 as the founder of many law firms and then moved on to establish his law practice in 1999. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of many Jordanian companies and legal advisor to many multinational companies, Mr. Hadidi fluency in English as well as his conversational French in addition to his mother tongue Arabic language has enriched his experience.
His legal practice includes extensive work in the fields of commercial and civil law, focusing on in-bound foreign investment; corporate law and structuring; mergers and acquisitions; joint-venture agreements; venture capital structures; corporate and securities laws; and intellectual property advice and litigation. Attend court and arbitration hearings; prepare legal memorandums, legal research and court briefs.
Extensive experience in the registration and protection of intellectual property rights in Jordan, this experience includes the registrations, renewals, cancellations, oppositions and seizures as well as counterfeit actions. Advocacy for stronger protection of intellectual property rights in the Middle East. Sufficient experience on Consulting Investment Deals where carrying out the works of drafting Legal Due Diligence, term sheets, shareholder’s agreement, sale purchase agreements and other related agreement and contracts. Moreover, appointed as a legal advisor to assist and consult on Legal issues related to a huge Privatization Project. Team member on the drafting of Jordan’s trademarks law amendments to in compliance with the agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) related to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Team leader on the drafting of Jordan’s Safeguard Law, Securities Law, amendments to the Companies Law, advisor to the World Bank and for a number of multinational institutions and companies on Jordan’s trade and civil laws, legislative developments, and real estate development.
