He was pleasant and helpful, but there were many mistakes in the first drafts with names, etc that had to be corrected. Also, when we wanted to update our will about a year or two later, it was either full price, or still very expensive for what I thought should have been cheaper. For just a basic will with no real complications, I would probably recommend using a law firm closer or an online service. We felt the value for the money just wasn't worth the expense or time it took to drive.
