An understatement to say Nicole Facio is extremely unprofessional and undeserving of her role as an attorney. She represented a close friend in a high conflict custody case and deliberately did not communicate with him while billing him over $5000. There were no actionable items she accomplished outside of answering emails my friend sent, sometimes responding 2 weeks tardy and essentially billing him for her ineptitude. What is worse is that she shows no remorse or no consideration that she is representing people with real life issues that are important to them. It was painful seeing my friend have to tolerate such treatment and furthermore waste 4 critical months being represented by someone who obviously does not care I would not go out of my way to leave such a review, but, I would be remiss if I did not share a small glimpse of the service a future client would receive from Nicole Facio. Steer away from her representation.
