After losing both of my full time jobs due to my physical condition, I knew that my only option was to apply for disability. After quite some time it dawned on me the kind people at the SSI office where not working with my best interest in mind and sought council with Tate Eldridge. Not only was Mr. Eldridge kind and patient, his staff was wonderful.
He is a very competent attorney, and quite knowledgeable about laws and rules of our Social Security system. I would highly recommend to anyone.
First, he never even tried to obtain my medical records for my disability case. He consulted with only one Dr for four minutes. He never obtained surgical records, MRI’s, etc.. He was basically winging it on my disability case. At our first scheduled meeting, he was thirty minutes late, was short and rash with me. Of course we lost the disability claim. Then when I asked them to appeal the decision I was told it was being handled. It requires a single piece of paper to be mailed or faxed. That’s it. They not only didn’t do that, but they dropped me as a client one day before the appeal process expired. This made it where I was no longer able to claim back pay for the years of disability any longer. All future claims can only be back dated to the date of the lost case. Poor communication and an absolute attitude of not caring.
Very incompetent. His paralegal was barely able to do her job. Unprofessional, overly emotional worst lawyer to date.
He does not care about representing abusers or cheaters. He puts the want of money before the good/safety of children. Has no problem lying even if it will eventually get his client into trouble. A spineless, gutless jerk without any morals or standards. Utterly disgusting. Beware!!
Claims to represent people for Social Security yet he questions whether or not people are really ill or disabled. Will lie cheat still for a dollar and really has no respect for law or people will illnesses. Please take your business elsewhere especially if you are sick or disabled. He has no respect for the people he claims to represent.
He didn't start working on my case until the last minute. We went to the hearing unprepared and lost a winnable claim. After my denial I couldn't get him to every give me advice on what to do next.
