After practicing law in Houston for several years, John moved to Amarillo to join Underwood in 2015. In Houston, he represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters. Although John enjoyed his time in the courtroom, he now focuses his practice on the representation of businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals in corporate, real estate, and financial transactions. His prior experience in the real estate industry as in-house counsel for a national commercial real estate firm gives John a unique perspective many attorneys do not have.
