Mr. Horton has helped me with all the legal matters I have had. He was professional yet caring during my divorce. He advised me and helped me with my will and advanced medical electives. I have consulted him regarding the proper way to protect my aged Mother's assets. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal counsel.

Not aggressive or assertive in dealing with opposing counsel. Prefers seemingly just to keep dragging out the case, increasing billing hours. Although competitive in price, due to wanting to drag everything out, in fact costs more over the long run and less gets done.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
