Scott Snider advised my mom to put my brother's name on all her financial accts. Scott said to avoid probate and disperse monies more quickly. As per mom's wishes to be divided equally. Mom died. My brother emptied all her accts. I called Scott to tell him he wasn't following mom wishes. Scott hung up on me. You see he never recorded any of this. My mom was his neighbor. Our attorney contacted Scott he was "hazy" about who our mom was and about a meeting. My feelings about Scott Snider as an attorney let alone as a stand up guy are not printable.
