Working with this lawyer was deceptive. He appeared to care, but failed to retain and carry out the agreed approach. He has difficulty hearing and appears to be in chronic pain with his back. He profusely sweats in times of confrontation with opposing counsel, both in depositions and court. The overall experience was terrible and he never won anything for my case. He was a huge disappointment with a legal approach that literally just milked me and my family for money. I do not recommend and feel that this attorney needs to retire. He is not in it, to win it. But works because he must need the money.
