The attorneys and staff at Frank Family Law Practice take pride in their established history of providing excellent legal services to their clients. Their overall sense of compassion for the emotional difficulties faced by their clients is combined with their practical and common sense approach to the practice of law. Jennifer C. Frank is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist handling all types of family law cases since 1994. All of our attorneys have an extensive history in family law litigation which involves the handling of cases primarily in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. From time to time our attorneys have handled cases litigated in Lake and Volusia (Deland) Counties.

Ms. Frank is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney. However she believes strongly that a successful family law case is one in which the parties and their attorneys reach a resolution which serves the best interests of the family as a whole. The majority of matters handled by Ms. Frank are resolved through mediation, settlement negotiations and cases handled within the Collaborative Law model. Ms. Frank recognizes that when a family law case does not successfully settle and must go to trial, the only real winners are the attorneys. She is therefore steadfastly committed to helping her clients find creative solutions to resolve their cases in ways that make both legal and practical sense to the client and the family as a whole.
