Made promises and failed to deliver. Met him at initial interview, and then never saw him again. He delegated our case to his assistants who were completely incompetent.
I am going through similar issues as everyone else I paid most of my retainer and now I can’t reach him, number is coming up disconnected. If I don’t hear from him soon I will be submitting a complaint to the board and I will open a police report. I encourage all to do the same. He took the little bit of money we have , we are living pay check to pay check. I’m freaking out
Mr. Price never finished my case! He took the money and ran. I'm seeing others dealing with the same things in the reviews here and I wish I could connect with them. I feel like I got scammed. He was so responsive and helpful and then just dropped off. Now his phone doesn't work - what gives?! Now I'm scrambling to find someone else to take the case but no one will. This is all a mess.
Stay away from this Law firm/ Mr. Charlie Price. An Untrustworthy, Scam Artist who is preying on individuals who are experiencing financial hardship. Kept contact with me until retainer and filing fee was received and after that, nothing more. No answers to may calls or emails. As of today 10/21/24 the office number is disconnected. It's very dis hearting and unfortunate that this firm/Mr. Charlie Price has resorted to this. I pray he finds peace in his current storm that has pushed him to this low of low.
Don’t hire this scumbag. He’s good at first only to get your money then ghosts you. The board of trustees filed to have my case dismissed because this idiot neglected to submit required paperwork on my paid behalf. Emails/phone calls for weeks were never answered/returned and I had to file a response to the motion myself.
