Richard M. Morgan has been practicing law in Georgia since 1987. Richard founded the award-winning Alpharetta law firm of Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. in 1995 to help individuals and families plan and prepare for the many changes that life brings. Morgan & DiSalvo was again named in U.S. News & World Report's “Best Law Firms” ranking for 2013-2019. Richard and his team led my wife and me through the complex issues of new wills and trusts. While the process took longer than we'd hoped, before we began, we were informed of the firm's large backlog of matters ahead of ours. We particularly like the supplemental information provided which clearly gave guidance on renaming assets. The presentation of our final documents is well organized.

We have worked with Richard and his team over the last few months to redo our Trusts and establish a program that will protect our assets and our family for, at least, several generations. Richard and his team were extremely knowledgeable and efficient and were able to explain the process and principals in a very understandable way. Our Trust program was fairly complicated and required a lot of explanation and communication between my wife and I with Richard's team and we have been extremely pleased with the results.

My wife and I needed a new estate plan, and our situation is quite complicated. I discussed it with a friend, a highly respected investment advisor, who recommended that Morgan and DiSalvo were the best choice for complex estate matters. Years ago, we had wills and a revocable trust created by another estate attorney, but we were always uncertain it would work as we wanted. In retrospect, it wouldn’t have. Morgan’s group was stepping up to another level: clearly on top of the constantly changing laws and regulations, and able to help us work through our questions and needs. We came away with an estate plan that I have total confidence in. They also assisted us in the somewhat complicated process of titling our various assets properly, as well as beneficiary designations. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Writing a Will for the first time can be an overwhelming experience. Richard Morgan and his team made this a much less stressful task. We first came to Richard for a Will back in 2017 and just updated our Powers of Attorney and Will again in October of 2024. Both times were as pleasant as we could ask for. I would recommend Morgan & DiSalvo for all of your estate planning needs.
