I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan. My case was held for over eight months with little to no communication from the firm. Despite signing all necessary paperwork, my case was never filed with the courts, and no real effort was made to negotiate or move it forward. Initially, I believed Gregory Gelpi was handling my case, but it was later shifted to Matt Holmes, who consistently seemed unaware of the details. I also had interactions with attorneys Sierra Atkinson and Ke' OSHA Williams, but overall, the handling of my case felt disorganized and careless. Matt Holmes once mentioned there were talks with Walmart regarding my case, but I was never provided with any information, documentation, or updates about those discussions. Despite my repeated requests, I was never given access to the Walmart video footage that could have been critical to my case. Whether they attempted to obtain it or not remains unclear.
