In the context of domestic litigation, Atlanta divorce attorney Kevin M. Mammola said his experience is that persistence is a key component for achieving success.

Professional Experience
Prior to Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Mammola practiced at a boutique law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, practicing primarily in the area of domestic relations and personal injury, including matters involving: divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence, and modification or enforcement of court orders, the drafting and negotiating of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Mammola worked as a child support agent with the Maximus Child Support Enforcement Agency in Atlanta, Georgia, assisting in the establishment, collection, and enforcement of child support.
In addition, the state of Georgia still permits jury trials in divorces. While rare, Mr. Mammola has tried multiple divorce jury trials. He also has significant appellate experience.
After receiving his Juris Doctor, Mr. Mammola served as an associate with the Fulton County Special Assistant Attorney General and assisted in the prosecution of approximately 50 child support establishment, enforcement and modification cases on a monthly basis.
