Joon Kim is an experienced personal injury attorney in the Alpharetta office of Morgan & Morgan. Joon’s success in protecting his injured clients’ rights against unfair treatment from insurance companies and corporations is what motivates him to continue pursuing justice. Joon lived in Griffin, GA, for 25+ years but has resided in Gwinnett County since 2009. He handles all types of personal injury cases, including those involving auto accidents, dog bites & animal attacks, negligent security & inadequate security, premises liability, slip & falls, spinal cord injuries, truck accidents & wrongful death.
Joon has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2010 and has extensive prior experience in personal injury law, workers’ compensation, real estate law, business law, healthcare law, contract law, corporate transactional law, and civil litigation.
He attended the University of Georgia in Athens, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Sociology. He then earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, SC.
Joon is fluent in English and Korean. In his free time, Joon enjoys working out, golfing, watching the Georgia Bulldogs & Atlanta Falcons, and spending time with his wife and twins, Sophie & Leo.
