Adam Long is a skilled and experienced attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he focuses on personal injury cases, including premises liability, slip and fall incidents, elevator and escalator injuries, negligent security, dog bites, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, and motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Adam earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Emory University, completing his undergraduate studies in 2000 and graduating from Emory University School of Law in 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
For the first decade of his legal career, Adam worked in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies approach and defend claims. Over the past decade, he has leveraged that insider knowledge to benefit injured individuals and their families. With a strong litigation background, Adam also has significant experience practicing before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He has contributed to several key appellate decisions, including Long v. Greenwood Homes, Jarrell v. JDC and Associates, National Office Partners v. Stanley, and Brown v. All-Tech Investment Group, Inc., also known as the 'Buckhead Shooting Case.'
Adam’s practice also includes substantial experience in federal court. He has handled numerous cases before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He has appeared in federal courts in Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee through pro hac vice admission. With over two decades of legal experience, Adam brings a strategic and compassionate approach to each case, working tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
