Mr. Kane was very prompt in returning phone calls if needed. He also was very thorough when collecting information regarding our case.
Robert Kane did not keep up with our case.I had to do most of the leg work for the case.I had to fight him to file paperwork. He said he filed papers and then we waited 6 months and over $2000 he still hadn't filed the paperwork for custody with the court.We waited a year before he set up a court date to even get in front of the judge. We had to collect the evidence make all the copies, he charged us $13000. We won custody, but we are still paying for the attorney fees. We borrowed from family.
Took our money, bad/wrong advice, did more to hinder our case than to help! Wasn't up to speed on the laws regarding our case. Beware!
I believe we could have done a much better job without him and saved thousands of dollars, felt like he was all about taking the money and run, take the easy money and no fight, I feel he wanted to throw in the towel, not impressed or would I recommend him to anyone.
