Mr. Toth took the retainer money and didn't achieve any results. The case was settled without Mr. Toth even being present. Hiring Mr. Toth was a waste of money. Hire a different attorney.

I was tricked into signing a guarantor agreement for my ex at age 19. His paralegal told me that once my ex was done with his sentence, I would be able to be removed as his guarantor(which was a lie). tot After years of my ex dodging payments, Toth eventually sued me because my ex was uncollectable (in prison). I went to jail and at the show cause hearing there was a second case number issued for the same debt. they collected the debt from my ex but are still taking my taxes year over year because there is 2 money judgments. I have asked for records of the money collected for my debt and he refuses to provide them. I was extremely abused by my ex and i have begged Toth to just collect from my ex. he instead treated me like trash. I lost my apartment last year because I was counting on my state taxes to catch up on rent after going through a serios health event. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this snake of a lawyer!

I hired Courtney Driscoll and James Toth and they purposefully wrote all motions for a name change wrong to hide it from me state policy was violated. They are scam artists if you dont believe me look me up ill show you my tape recordings and paper trail. They engage in attorney collusion and have no loyalty to their clients.... Their loyalty is with themselves and the secret cronyism Brotherhood of attorneys. I paid $11,000 and my child has multiple identities documents false and all my rights were violated and they never noticed my contract being breached or they knew and didn't care. My case only ended when I started saying breach of contract I want my plea withdrawn I'm not guilty and never was I was tricked into waiving my rights under the assumption they'd be fair and honest and I was innocent but blackmailed with my child as collateral to plea guilty or lose your kid forever. They just Wanted to drag it out a year found out afterward the charges were a violation of state policy

I hired James Toth Prior to my case he had not advised me in one direction or another He was so late for my hearing that I was called up and sat down twice. The judge was not happy. I served 4 days in jail. Toth then sued me for $600 and took me to court an hour from my home knowing I had no car. I contacted the court. They issued a warrant. I was arrested. He also blamed me because he got a speeding ticket on the way to my hearing.I wish I could add more than 500 characters to this review
