Chris Abernethy, now retired, founded his law office in Allison Park, Pennsylvania, following his graduation from Duquesne University School of Law. Over his career, Chris honed successful strategies in estate planning, probate, real estate, and business law, earning an A-V Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2013, a distinction held by only 5% of attorneys nationwide. Recognized as a Five-Star Professional Estate Planning Attorney by Pittsburgh Magazine in 2014 and 2015, Chris has served as a certified member of the AARP Legal Services Network and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, both requiring extensive experience and comprehensive legal acumen. I can not say enough good about the Abernethy Law firm , they drafted my fathers last will, living will and POA everthing was well spelled out , unfortunately my Dad passed away and i needed their services to settle his estate. Chris and his Staff guided me thru this difficult task with ease not only did they make everything go so easy the did it with complete caring and kindness, they truly cared about me and my family during this most difficult time . i would highly recommend Abernethy Law.
