It's sad to know I had this loser as a lawyer and he just let people sit in jail if you have him this is my advice to you do not hire him . Please I had the same experience as the rest of you and lost everything for something I could have went to rehab for like everyone else .. he hates being a public defender for whatever reason an he didn't not even pass the bar idk why these judges have him up there when they can see that he has been in court dealing with the fact that he's not a good lawyer to anyone in that's why I am here to check his history as I now have to bring up law suits for everything I have lost for him not listening to me. Nor did the judge Douglas take him off my case when I continue to ask and report his continuing behaviors that I have no issues bringing up that everyone says about him . It's like once you go to jail you being ignorant and dumb they don't care to see who are or what you was on the path doing before this happened.. I am innocent.PERIOD .
Working with this lawyer was the worst experience of my life. I was pulled over has a passenger in a truck that did not belong to me that I was not driving. The court appointed me Sean Poll. I was lied to every step of the way by Mr Poll. After sitting in jail for a year never seeing his face and rarely talking to him on the phone I finally got to court. While in court the da fought for me well Mr Poll fought against me. I would highly recommend anyone facing any kind of charges to look elsewhere for an attorney. I am bringing charges against Mr Poll for the injustice he has done on my behalf.
