Warning: harassment, lawlessness, immorality, and unprofessionalism Matthew Mobilio chose to contact me directly even though he knew that I was represented by counsel, whom HE copied on his email communication. This is a clear violation of Pennsylvania's Rules of Professional Conduct (4.2 Communication with Person Represented by Counsel). Matthew held himself out as an attorney who could represent a New Jersey-based client in a matter governed exclusively by New Jersey law and threatened to litigate this New Jersey matter—all the while knowing that he is NOT licensed to practice law in New Jersey and this matter has nothing to do with Pennsylvania law whatsoever. Matthew, when he was not violating the law, found the time to sleuth. He found my attorney's nickname—used by her friends and family—and used it to address and aggress her via email.
