I got a DUI in Bethlehem 2 years ago and went for the ARd program. Didn't have the money to get a lawyer but it was ok. Then covid hit and I didn't get my classes and evaluations done so the judge kicked me out of the ARD program. That's when I decided to get an attorney. I did a quick google search and found Ms. Roberts as a dui attorney in Lehigh County so I called her. I didn't know anything about getting a laywer but her price was reasonable. She filed something to get back into court and convinced the judge to let me redo the ARD. I got halfway and then I caught a new dui case plus driving suspended. Big trouble at that point so I hired her again and we worked it slowly through the court system. I wound up doing 6 days in the county jail for 2 duis!! ......pretty good and my friends asked me how I managed that. Plus she got the suspension charge dropped which I understand has mandatory 60 days of jail. So overall I lucked out with my choice of lawyer. She rocks it!
Very please with Ms. Roberts' responsiveness to my questions and visiting my son in the prison to keep him informed of what was going on in his case. My son has had a drug problem years and I wasn't deluded to thinking that he'd just be let out but Ms. Roberts certainly helped us through and kept it from being much worse.
