Because of an old, poorly written deed, it was discovered that my mother owned a strip of land that was supposed to be owned by the town where my mother lived. The town's lawyer kept writing the language of the deed indicating that my mother was deeding all of her property to the town not just this small strip When I showed this to Mr. Diaz, he was able to draft and provide a much clearer statement on the exact property that needed to be addresssed in the deed. After I showed this to the town's lawyer he revised the deed almost word for word as Mr. Diaz had written it. Mr. Diaz was able to correct this issue in just a few days. An issue that my mother had been dealing with for years.
