Expressing to me from the beginning, I had a very good case and they still maintain. I have an excellent case.. I work diligently, providing them, engineering reports, and verified my claims. These claims were also written in the bylaws of the co-op I live in. After working on the diligently with Jeff’s assistant, and her expressing the merits of my case, I was recently informed they would not complete the litigation. In turn, we accomplished nothing and now they have cut off communication.
Beware! This law firm consistently busts deadlines, fraudulently and frivolously charges its clients. I am a 22 year AF veteran and LS carlson charged me over $30K in lawyer fees in less than 2 months. I was suing my HOA and a neighbor. They used fraud to overcharge my HOA. They charged hoa for neighbor issues and vise versa, to charge more on invoices. They also charged me for many services not done. After bringing it to their attention, they put a credit on my account instead of refund. Also, they broke suspenses costing us more money, and they lied, telling me that they could get a case thrown out. They didn't attempt, busted a suspense, causing us to go to court and costing us more fees. Throughout this process, they ignored our concerns. My HOA rejected mediation & LS Carlson was not prepared to go to court. I had to continuously ask them to begin litigation & they just tried to ignore me. I was forced to fire them. This experience is a total nightmare.
