Hired Attorney Michael Yu

Very bad lawyer. I have never talk to him about my case. Every time I called, he is at the court or meeting. His staff called me and told me to settle my case for $9000. In which I only get $3000 settlement. I was grateful to find a different attorney to handle my case. The other attorney settled my case for $35,000. Do not go to Michael Yu!!

Hired Law Firm

My father had a rear-ended car accident case with the lawyer Michael Yu, but did not do his job right and put my father partial at fault in this case. I called the office requesting to speak with the lawyer but the case manager Amy told me the lawyer is at court every day. She said she will drop my father's case over the phone. I don't understand why she has the power to speak for the lawyer. A week later, the lawyer did drop my father's case. This lawyer is irresponsible!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
