I received traffic citations, and this office represents the city I live in and was supposed to work with me to come to an agreement prior to court. I waited a month for them, but they never contacted me. I called them. They were then supposed to get back to me and never did. I waited another month. I called and emailed several times, but they never contact me back. Now, I've left several messages and sent a few emails and still, they will not return my calls or emails. I wouldn't use this company because they are simply unresponsive and are clearly too busy to handle any cases.
