About Steven Bret Ramsdell

My practice mirrors the variety of cases that come before the Bankruptcy Court. I represent debtors, Trustees, creditors, and other parties in interest under all of the various bankruptcy chapters. I enjoy assisting regular people and their businesses in resolving financial problems that might otherwise be debilitating for them and their families. I handle bankruptcy matters from the most routine to the very complex, often receiving referrals from other bankruptcy attorneys, and my reputation is for providing the highest quality legal services at reasonable, competitive rates. Outside of my work life, I enjoy running and reading and spending time with my family.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
