Hired Attorney Richard F. Boddie

I use attorney's in various capacities, and use Mr. Boddie for his aggressive demeanor, as well as his offensive approach toward litigation. That said, attorney's that go to offense are your best chance of a favorable settelement.

Not only has Mr. Boddie's license to practice law been suspended by both the Bars in Maryland and Virginia, but he was also arrested for shooting out the tire of a process server. Beware! Involve yourself with Mr. Boddie at your own risk. By the way, he does NOT have legal malpractice insurance and so you are completely unprotected.

According to a search on Google, Mr. Boddie's license to practice law was suspended by the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. In Virginia, Mr. Boddie's license to practice law was suspended because he shot out the tire of a process server, when that process server tried to serve him with debt process. Mr. Boddie was also sued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) branch of the Federal Government.

DID I HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE? WHY DID RICHARD BODDIE GIVE UP MY CASE RIGHTS? BODDIE HAS JUDGMENTS AGAINST HIM FOR BOTH NEGLIGENCE AND FRAUD. SEE DC COURT CASE OF DANIEL FAISON V. RICHARD BODDIE ET AL. ALSO, BODDIE WAS SUED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMM. FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD & SETTLED, BUT HIS CODEFENDANTS WERE JAILED. BODDIE DOES NOT HAVE LEGAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE & THE VA STATE BAR SUSPENDED HIS LAW LICENSE. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO HIRE BODDIE? WITHOUT INSURANCE HIS CLIENTS ARE TOO VULNERABLE.
