Bob Nealon is one of the finest business lawyers in the state of Virginia. He is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive to details and treats clients wonderfully. Everyone in the firm, from the secretaries to the paralegals, to the attorneys do everything they can to help clients find the best solution and to make the legal process as manageable as possible. If litigation is required, there is no one better to represent you in court.
I was through divorce i totally was underrepresented i was not prepared adequately for my deposition my EX wife attornoy wa a hungery Lion going for KILL!!! my attorney was a cat rolled over very dissatisfied with this firm too many empty promises
OMG! Worst lawyers ever... A complete waste of precious time. Not recommended at all !! Just run and don't look back.

One of the first things I was asked during consultation was whether I wanted to have my wife deported. I said explicitly no, as I still have love for them. My attorney told me my ex had no case. She charged me $5000 up front, then told me to give my wife what she wanted; she's gonna get it anyway. At that point, I fired her, but she emailed responses and charged me until the money was gone. I just heard from my ex that my attorney threatened to deport her and her family if she didn't leave.
My complaint had many errors initially and was not corrected. I am still out of work after reporting harassment and my witnesses were never called.
Nealon and Associates were very contrite and did not handle representation in a clear manner as was laid out before signing with them. They lure you in by saying they can definitely help, but as you go through the court proceedings they are only good for settling and not winning. They have no problem taking your money and trying to get more out of you, while they do a lousy job of representing those in need. Don't use this firm!! Find another firm from someone you can trust.
