Hired Attorney Mr. David Fiske

I retained David Fiske for the specific purpose of enforcing the terms of a settlement agreement. He ignored all of my instructions making decisions on my behalf without my agreement and often without my knowledge. He refused to withdraw. He falsely told a special master I was in agreement with selling assets prior to achieving its redevelopment value. He was attributed with making a false report that hastened the sale. I lost millions.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
