Ms. Debra Susan Bray

Debra Bray is one of the kindest most respected lawyers in the Virginia court system. In my case she represented my daughter as a GAL and I have to say the experience was fantastic. She took a true unbiased look at the case and made herself available at all hours to listen and focus on the facts. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to represent the rights of my daughter and you are extremely lucky if you find yourself with her working on your case. You child is in good hands here.

Debra Bray was assigned as guardian as liar by judge Kemler. I am one of 3 know parents who suffered under this abusive combo. I am a disabled veteran with no criminal history, no complaints about character or mental health - all of which was slandered by this dynamic duo. Bray was in my home for 3 hours & produced a report filled with defamation of character that can be proven false, based on her classism & willful belief in an angry teen’s ambiguous statement. She sat eating her soup during court recess whilst my parents read the lies that tore away their grandchildren for the rest of their lives. My mother died crying for these children, completely deflated to learn that inalienable rights are not protected & used as a weapon of mass destruction. I still have yet to understand how these people have not been locked up like the innocent citizens they traumatize & torture. Psychological warfare is very real, & there’s a reason we swore to protect the nation from domestic terrorists.

This woman FAILS the children that she represents Miserably!!! She takes bribes, Makes false statements under oath, and is completely unethical. After speaking with other parents we are seeking to take action against this GAL collectively as she must be stopped. She continues to ruin children’s lives. She places children into abusive situations with blatant disregard for the child’s best interest. She discussed things with our child that were not age appropriate at all and was even admonished by the judge for doing this. This women is completely incompetent and is delusional. Trust me when I say that having this woman assigned to represent your child is something that any reasonable parent should fear.

Hire anyone else. She repels facts. Not only did she assure me she read all evidence I had sent her (when she refused to do so w/me) but later stated she had never even seen it. She asked specific questions then later in court her “recollection” was either violently inaccurate or completely fabricated. I was unclear if it was age related or some unknown ulterior motive. She was extremely chummy w/opposing council. I have since found others with similar experiences working w/her. Run don’t walk.
