I retained Dale Sanders in 2013 for a discrimination complaint. He completely mishandled discovery. He failed to notice or schedule a single deposition. After the case resolved, there was a dispute over advance payments owed me. If you check the records at the Alexandria Circuit Courthouse you will see that several former clients have either sued or counter sued him. Avoid at all costs.
The worst! I hired Dale Sanders in 2013 for a case before the DC Superior Court. He failed to depose important witnesses and dis-obeyed Judge Epstein's Order not to expect additional extensions. He failed to get the discovery we needed by the discovery deadline and the case settled on his recommendation with a zero dollar contingent award. Two days after the mediation, Dale Sanders sued me in the Alexandria Court falsely alleging I "failed to pay sums due". Proceeding pro se, I got that bogus case dismissed with prejudice and then Sanders sued me again in DC in a 32 Count complaint - again dismissed with prejudice against Sanders on my pro se motion. During these lawsuits, I discovered Sanders had at least one alcohol related incident and to this day Sanders refuses to answer the simple question "Have you ever been arrested or charged with any crime?" He even sent threatening emails to my work email at 1:00 in the morning. In my opinion, a dangerous incompetent psychopath.
