Hired Attorney David C. Hesser

David Hester, his partner Trey Flynn and the rest of the staff at Hester and Flynn are an outstanding legal team. They are highly knowledgeable, tenacious in the courtroom, responsive to their client's concerns and most of all patient. They understand that their clients aren't calling them under the best circumstances and they do their best to provide both reassurance and confidence. Above all else, Hester and Flynn are winners. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Attorney David C. Hesser

This attorney is very special. The first time I spoke to him he took the time to find out about me and my case. He was well prepared when I went to court. He knew the custody law and how to win my case. I got custody of my son after attorney Hesser recommended a custody evaluation. All the other attorneys I spoke to did not give me a chance.

Is it possible to give 0 Stars? This "Attorney" represented me for a few year attempting to gain child custody or a fair visitation schedule. If you want someone to actually speak to you, it is Not him! If you want someone to have no knowledge or concern and go behind closed doors and come out and just tell you how he folded on your rights and did not represent you, this is your guy. We upgraded from "Reasonable Visitation" where the mother denied visits to a set schedule that she refused to sign. Every trip to court she still refused, the court never enforced anything and when we took her for contempt I was told I wasn't able to be there for that. He simply agreed to whatever she wanted and called me like it was a good deal without disclosing much. I expressed that I disagree and even text after. After continuing to ask for documents from the court and David's team I was finally provided them 6 months later. Beyond unacceptable! Avoid this man, he is I'll prepared and don't care.

Very unprepared. Rated as a SUPER ATTORNEY in Rapides Parish and is anything but super. If you only want to speak to an attorney once about your case, or have one that comes unprepared to court to represent you -- then he is your attorney. The only thing he brought with him to court is a legal pad where the intial consultation notes were taken. That is what he went off of. He did NOT win my case and I was very unhappy with the outcome. Very expensive for something I could have represented myself
