He's honest, fair, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the people he's advising. He's an excellent listener and has a unique ability to explain complex legal topics to his clients in an understandable way. Herbert “Chip” Browder is was the lawyer I needed for my probate case. The case was unique with many varied issues and individuals. He handled everything with grace and compassion and counseled me on the proper way to deal with things when emotions tend to cloud reason and sensibility. I would highly recommend him.

He is an outstanding attorney. He is very detailed oriented and his work is perfect. He has an great reputation in the State of Alabama and has tried cases all of the way to the Alabama Supreme Court and has never lost a case.
