Taylor "Joe" Cooper, a native of Alcoa, Tennessee, has built a reputation as a dedicated "hometown lawyer." A proud alumnus of Alcoa City Schools and a 2010 graduate of Alcoa High School, Joe was a standout athlete, achieving state championships in football and a runner-up in soccer. He continued his education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he played Rugby for the Volunteers and excelled as Vice-President of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, setting a record for recruitment.
