Hired Law Firm

I recommend Will Ferguson's outfit to anyone seeking legal counsel. I was fortunate to be referred to Will Ferguson and more fortunate to have Robert Gutierrez work for us on behalf of my son. I have not met Bob (hope to one day). He was professional, honest, accessible & responsive. By the time the case was settled favorably & fairly, talking with Bob on the phone was like talking with family. Kudos Bob...You're a gentleman and scholar...a credit to your profession. Hired Law Firm

This firm will waste your time and effort. Very rude and combative when trying to get details on case.Will Ferguson personally withdrew his firm from our case because I gave feedback for a negative experience I had with his receptionist. She hung up on me using call avoidance and when I complained , Will then called me to withdraw from case rather then take the helpful feedback and address his internal concerns and issues. Terrible malpractice in my opinion

This client called during a communications crisis; our telephone system was suffering intermittent outages. Rather than listen to our receptionist's explanation of the phone crisis, he became abusive. His conduct led us to refer him to other attorneys.
