About Todd A. Schwarz

Mr. Schwarz is a Director of the firm and practices in our Albuquerque office in the areas of civil litigation, propane & natural gas, professional liability, commercial disputes, construction defects and insurance coverage/bad faith. He received a B.A. degree from Miami University in 1993, and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. While at Case Western, Mr. Schwarz was a member of the Jessup Moot Court. He is a member of the New Mexico State Bar, Colorado Bar, A.B.A., N.M.D.L.A., and is admitted to practice in New Mexico and Colorado state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts of New Mexico and Colorado. Mr. Schwarz is a graduate of the I.A.D.C. Trial Academy.
