Was not responsive to our inputs. Would take our inputs as if he were going to use them on drafts of motions etc, then would go off and "edit", bill us for multiple hours and when we received the updated documents, there would very few, if any updates. His office technology is still in the 1980's programs. They almost missed several deadlines with the the court, claiming the new court system's technology changes were messing things up, when our opposing attorney had no issues.
