Hired Attorney Steven Tal Young

Mr. Young is knowledgeable in real estate law and was not intimidated by the stable of insurance lawyers he had to face. He seemed to be one step ahead of them throughout the process. The quality of work he did for us was excellent and he will be our go-to attorney should we have any real estate issues in the future. He was the most awesome real estate attorney we've ever met and worked with!

If you are looking for a crack real estate attorney, call Tal Young. In addition to his considerable knowledge in real estate, Tal is outstanding at negotiation, has patience, and has a gift for timing. He is easy to get in contact with and he kept me apprised of the status of the case every step of the way. He always answered any questions I had immediately. I am very grateful for his assistance.

Tal is the reason people hate lawyers. He is part Disney villain, part carny, and an absolute creep. He will get you hooked in the initial consultation. He'll tell you how wronged you were, show extraordinary empathy for you and really play on you being victimized. He'll request a huge retainer (5000 seems about average) and tell you that he ONLY charges 150/rd. He'll keep you in the case and then after your retainer is supposedly used up, he'll cave to the opposing side. The guy is a con and a snake. He must be super hard up, because I've talked to multiple people who had the exact same experience. If you do get suckered into hiring him, be careful about the random meetings he'll call you to that serve no purpose except asking about your life story, because you're paying by the minute. We are out $7500 for a case that had 2 filings over a 6-week period. Weird experience.

Mer. Young, was asked several times when he was going to add certain defendants to the case for over a year and half. Yet, he got tunnel vision and went after the wrong party and then tired to blame me for it. However, I have emails, and written communication where I continually asked him to Amend the case and bring in the correct defendants. Yet, it was only when the Judge asked him why it wasn't done in the first place. Therefore, I feel like we spent $2OK And a year of time for nothing. As
