Hired Attorney

He does not understand handling firearms and what it takes to take care of them! He saw in a video of me lifting a pellet gun that was sitting in water! I took the pellet gun outside of my shop made sure there was no a projectile in it and proceeded to look down the barrel to make sure there was not any water in it! I was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and when we went to court the officer in charge had the pellet gun wrapped in plastic with a note on the end(not a lethal weapon! I was incarcerated for assault with a deadly weapon and there was no deadly weapon?
