Too many excuses (kids, pets, Corona Virus). Too political (not bipartisan) for decision making. Part of the Albuquerque Liberal establishment. Does not give details for the mediation, mediator selection, payment for mediator. Investigator does not communicate with client. Billing system is when she will get to it. Accounting of activity in adequate.
