Hired Attorney

Very efficient and competent Attorney with a great and friendly staff.. Got me qualified for my disabilty on the first try. Have seen here with other Clients and at hearings. She was always well prepared in my opinion and always pleasant to be around!! Higjly recommend you call her office if your filing for benefits.

She is incompetent and after 2 yrs has done nothing to help me, then she makes demands right before my hearing with a judge, threatening to withdraw from my case?? So I told her go ahead!! She was a complete waste of time!!!!

This law office is horrible. My boyfriend retained her in his disability case 3 years ago.... still NOTHING. They don't call back when they promise, and Michelle Baca has only bothered with him twice. I guess she is too good for her clients. Every time we have asked direct questions, we get super vague answers. She claims to know the judge he went in front of, but cannot give him a time frame for the final decision. He has been denied three times now...the fourth appeal went in front of a judge
