Pretty sure the DEA needs to investigate this lawyer or so called criminal. Majorly apart if the apd dwi scheme. This lawyer collect his money and did not help a client when I told him the breathalyzer should not have had to be redone 3 time and they said redo it on a machine that they said was tagging people higher than they were even if or if not drinking. I went from a .02 to a .08 and still was slammed with a supposed dwi. This same office office hunt was in contact with Brian hess and this was a scheme to collect money and he didn't show up for the hearing but I was still given a dwi

Just read every review before mine. I would repeat everything posted there. He is a piss poor excuse for an attorney.

Hired Bryan in October 2014. I only have 500 characters but I'll try to fit every issue I had. I requested 50/50 custody, he filed for full custody which blew up the whole situation with my ex. He failed to show up to court twice leaving me looking like an idiot. Bryan's communication is terrible, his paperwork was obviously cut/paste and riddled with grammatical errors. Took my money without doing anything and now refuses to take my calls. Moved firms w/o mention. Others also looking for him.

I hired Briyan Hess on 11-11-14 and paid him $1,800 to help me collect the child support my exhusband owed to me. Bryan assured me it was an easy case that should be over with by Christmas. Every time I would call for updates he would give me elaborate stories about extra info the judge needed or another bump in the road. I asked him many times for he documents that he was producing and he would always tell me he was on it. I never received a single document. Everything he told me was a lie!

This law firm took my money and provided little to no services. Mr. Hess lied about filing applications and court documents. He would not respond to phone calls, text messages, or emails. After firing him, he is refusing to discuss the amount of my retainer to be refunded. I would never, in a lifetime, recommend this law firm to anyone.
