About Matthew S. Rappaport

Mr. Rappaport is a graduate of both New Mexico State University (Bachelor of Criminal Justice 1997) and University of New Mexico School of Law (J.D. 2000). He has been admitted to practice law in New Mexico and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico since 2000. Mr. Rappaport has spent his career in civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending personal injury lawsuits, including lawsuits involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Rappaport also litigates matters involving professional negligence and medical malpractice. He has recently been involved in several lawsuits defending medical doctors who are being sued by numerous claimants for professional negligence and fraud. Mr. Rappaport is Director in the Albuquerque office and a member of the State Bar of New Mexico.
