About Mark Caruso

For me, representing the rights of victims is more than a career-it's a personal mission. I graduated with honors from Pepperdine University in 1979 and with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1982. I was a member of the Honor Board at Pepperdine University School of Law. I am licensed in all the courts of California and New Mexico. Early in my career I worked with the Federal Trade Commission in Los Angeles and as a lobbyist. For several years I represented large corporations and insurance companies handling auto accident and products liabilities claims. From 1991 until 1995 I served as an elected State Representative in the New Mexico House of Representatives. I have represented and continue to represent victims of auto accidents, premises liability, medical/dental/legal malpractice, breast implants, diet drugs (fen-phen and Redux) and Vioxx. I have regularly appeared in the news media to speak on auto accidents, diet drugs and breast implants. College of Trial Advocacy, ATLA (1988).

Highly recommended. My own good experiences with this law firm in handling a car accident case. I had good contact with law firm throughout the entire process. Very satisfied with what they did in handling my case and getting me a nice chunk of money in my pocket.

Hired Attorney Mark Caruso

Thought that this law firm did a really good job getting me money from the insurance for the motorcycle wreck. Liked that I didn't get billed but only paid a percentage of the settlement at the end. Also, Caruso discounted the fee to 29% to get me more money. Liked these guys alot. Recommend them.

Great job on helping me on my accident. Reduced the fee to 29% so I could put more money in my pocket. Former insurance company attorney so he knew the adjuster's tricks. Got me really good settlement. Were able to get good discounts from all doctors who I owed money to. Highly recommend Caruso Law Offices.

Hired Attorney Mark Caruso

I highly recommend the Caruso Law Firm. I hired the firm after a car accident where I was injured. The adjuster was giving me problems. Caruso straightened out my car repairs and worked with my doctors and therapists. Then he got me a good settlement that paid the doctors, the lawyers and me. Communications with the law firm were excellent. Also, they gave me a 29% attorney fee. (Another lawyer I talked to wanted much more.)

Hired Attorney Mark Caruso

Mark Caruso won my case $20,000 but the problem was that he kept ALL of it he gave me a check for $2 dollars so be careful with mark caruso. I tried to get legal advice but no luck at the end he charged me his fee plus on top of that paper, stamps, etc
