Mark Bennett was born on Mother's Day in Canonsburg, PA in 1964 and has three siblings. He graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986. In 1989, he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. Mark Bennett is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
He began his legal career working as a clerk in the Parental Counsel Division of the Washington County Juvenile Courts and as a clerk in a private law office. After graduating from law school, he joined a law firm focusing on general Civil Litigation. He later left that position to join Berger and Green, where he represented injured accident victims in personal injury claims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney.
In 2019, Mark Bennett moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he continues to practice law at Parnall Law.
Throughout his legal career, Mark Bennett has been an active member of various professional organizations. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA). He served on the Public Service Committee and the Bench Bar Conference Committee of the ACBA. Additionally, he was a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
Outside of his professional life, Mark Bennett enjoys reading, exercise, travel, and entertaining.
