This was the best law firm for my social benefits appeal....I worked closely with Fred Fleming and his staff. they were very helpful and let me know what was going on in my appeal..... the paperwork that needed to be filed was on time and was easy for me to understand.... this is the best firm **** if your looking for someone to help with benefits, this is the go to place

DO NOT retain theses lawyers!!!!! I was told that I was represented by them, signed docs via web, and was dropped without any notification!!! I reached out to them only to find out that I was not represented by them any longer! Months went by, and the firm did not have the decency, professionalism nor the courtesy to contact me! I was led to believe that I had a lawyer on my side/in my corner!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED!!!

My brother is a double-below-the-knee amputee with diagnosed Anxiety/Depression (medicated) and this firm was not able to successfully appeal his Social Security Disability decision. Communication was always initiated by my family and we weren't updated on what was happening with the case unless we called to find out what was going on. Paperwork and filings were submitted at the absolute last minute, which just dragged this case on for years.
