Hired Attorney Marcus Garcia

Marcus E Garcia, Sandia Law of Sandia Law Dupped us out of tens of thousands of dollars instead of representing the Jolley's in 2 separate auto accidents 11 weeks apart. Both cases were NOT our fault. Defendants were insured. This man is still licensed??!! We are not the only people he stole thosunds of dollars from others. When he was sued for the loss, he sold all assets, filed bankruptcy, opened business in new location. Please feel free to visit District & Metropolitan Courthouses Albuquerque, NM for documents. Jolley vs Garcia was awarded $37k - he filed bankruptcy. Others lost considerable more than we did only to have Garcia file bankruptcy.
