I can't say enough about Karl Roepke. He took on a difficult estate case when other lawyers said there was nothing that they could do to help us. The case involved forgery, fraud and undue influence, and Karl Roepke really understood our case and the wrongdoing that was done, and he represented the family well. Our case had a lot of moving parts and was complicated and confusing at times. Karl explained the probate laws well and his discovery results were extremely helpful to our case. We ultimately came to a settlement that was acceptable, especially considering that at the beginning, our hopes were essentially shattered by other attorneys. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
- Doesn't return phone calls or return original paperwork.
- Presents with a superior and patronizing attitude.
- Questionable collusion with opposing counsel.
He does not follow through, fails to keep in touch, does not answer emails, phone calls or letters, lets it drag on, does not fairly represent client. Very poor at presenting evidence, says he will do things and never does. Just not one I would recommend. Very disappointing as an attorney.
