About Holly Gallegos

Holly R. Gallegos is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to advocating for individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Born in Albuquerque and raised across Rio Rancho and Velarde, Holly has a deep appreciation for the people and cultures of New Mexico.

Holly earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she was the Professional Articles Editor of the New Mexico Law Review, Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus, Treasurer of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, and Secretary of the LAMBDA Law Association. Holly represented New Mexico at the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Competition in Phoenix, Arizona, and continues to mentor students interested in appellate advocacy. Upon graduation, Holly was recognized for her aptitude and dedication to the field of tort law through the Tort Scholar Award.

Beyond the courtroom, Holly remains actively involved in community initiatives and outreach programs. She is committed to mentoring New Mexico’s youth and has served as a high school moot court coach, middle school mock trial judge, and volunteer within the foster care system. Her experience working with New Mexican families strengthened her desire to represent victims of negligence and injustice. Holly’s comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and legal intricacies brings her a unique perspective that allows her to represent each client with compassion, integrity, and relentless advocacy.

Holly is a proud member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and the New Mexico State Bar Committee on Women and the Legal Profession.
